The easiest baked mix EVER

Y'all know I am in college (at the best university ever Texas A&M). And college for me means gluten free mac and cheese all the time, until I recently found this on Pinterest.

I really couldn't think of something witty to call this, so how about we just call it the easiest recipe ever. It makes about 4 servings, I make it and then box it up and have it throughout the week.

Ingredients:
  • Meat - I used Chapel hill Original Sausage
  • two yellow zucchinis
  • three green zucchinis
  • one red bell pepper
  • two cloves of garlic, whole
  • cajun seasoning
  • salt & pepper
  • olive oil
  • rice (enough to make rice for four servings)
Instructions:
  1. Heat the oven to 400
  2. Chop everything up, start making your rice
  3. Make a foil boat, throw everything in there, add the seasonings, cover the top with another layer of foil
  4. Put it in the oven for 40 minutes, when its done take it out, combine it with the rice and enjoy.

My recent obsession

Lately I have been OBSESSED with Starbucks Very Berry Hibiscus Refreshers. They are so good, and I love them!!!! Seeing that I'm a broke college student I've been looking for ways to make it at home. While searching I found this online, I cannot wait to try it!!!

I plan to try it later this week, but if you get to try it before me let me know how it goes!

Review: Taco Casa

My roommate and I love tacos, it is one of our favorite things to eat. I mean really, who does like tacos?

After class on day, we went to Taco Casa, obvisouly a Taco place in Bryan. We had heard crazy good reviews about it and decided to go!

It is great food! The meat is seasoned well, the prices are right and the service is friendly, fast and kind!

Go check it out next time you go through College Station!
